Your monthly management fee is just £69.95 + vat (minimum contract 12 months) which covers:

Maintenance of all interactive content on-line services as described on the ‘features’ page

Any ongoing changes necessary for compliance purposes

Essential updates

telephone and email support for up to 3 email addresses

PLEASE NOTE: Any structural or textual changes nor covered in the above are chargeable at our standard hourly rates. Quotations provided on request.

Multiple Licenses

If you have more than one branch or a salesforce and you would like them each to have their own personalised entry page to the company website, we offer a multi-user license which substantially reduces the per capita cost for a personalised website

OPTIONAL SUPPLEMENTARY COSTS

Site amendments and further customization - £60.00 + vat per hour (full quotation will be provided on request)

Changing site styles - if you would like to change your current site for a different look, you may select one of our other designs and we will load all of your current site content, plus your choice of on-line services, upload to the web, and resubmit your site to the main search engines, for a flat fee of £175.00 + vat, (payable in advance), plus your ongoing monthly charge of £69.95 + vat

Additional email addresses - £3.75 per month per address

You can still take advantage of and profit from the inclusion of our complete on-line services package - (full list of inclusions here) and in addition, the inclusion of Mortgage Brain's Broker Web mortgage sourcing software PLUS Paymentshield on line insurance quotations PLUS all of our additional online tools and services as a plug-in to your site - set-up £175.00 + vat plus £35.00 per month + vat

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A BESPOKE WEBSITE TO BE DESIGNED FOR YOUR FIRM

You can brief us on your vision for your site and we shall interpret this and provide you with an initial screen shot and layout. Once you are happy with the image and environment of your bespoke site you can decide on the content to be loaded and we'll take care of the rest.

Bespoke designs from £750.00 + vat for 5 page brochure site plus £29.00 + vat per month hosting and maintenance. (Full quotation will be provided on request and in accordance with your specific brief)
