No, these are professionally developed websites for Mortgage and
General firms. There is no DIY or self-build necessary. They are
features-packed and fully loaded with mortgage information, headline
news and features plus interactive tools for your clients to use.
There is a variety of stunning designs from which to choose to suit
your firm's image and corporate colour scheme.

How much work will I have to do?
All you need to do is to select and order your site, and we'll
send you an acknowledgment asking you to send us your logo (and
terms of business, if applicable). Your site will then be created
for you to review.

Can I further customize my site?
Certainly! If you want to say something more specific about your
firm in the 'About Us' page - and even add pictures - just let us
have the information by e-mail or on disk and we will add it at
no charge. More major changes might incur a charge, but we would
agree this with you first.

How long will it take for my site to be ready?
We aim to have your site available in draft for your review within
10 working days, although often more quickly. After that, you have
to review the site and have it compliance checked. We obviously
have no control over how long that will take, but we aim to make
any necessary amendments within 7 days of receipt of details.
If you have an existing domain to be transferred, this can take
between 1 to 2 weeks, depending upon the co-operation of your existing
host. In rare cases the process can take longer, especially if the
necessary information is not available and needs to be tracked down.

What about updates to the site?
As part of our package, we will update the site automatically for
changes in legislation and to reflect major areas of change. There
is no extra charge for this.

Will the site need to be compliance checked?
Our sites contain generic financial information and do not seek
to give advice. However, views on and interpretation of compliance
issues vary widely and so it is essential for your Compliance Officer
or Network to review the site. Any changes they require will be
made at no extra charge to you. Similarly, you should have all subsequent
amendments checked. Remember, compliance is the responsibility of
the individual firm.

What about amending, upgrading and further customizing
my site?
We will make or add, at no charge:
• changes to contact details
• updates as specified above
• articles or information provided by you for inclusion on
the "News & Updates" page, provided these are supplied
to us complete and in electronic format
Other additions or customization will be charged for on a time basis,
but we will agree costs and payment terms with you before carrying
out the work. Your site can be upgraded at any time in the future
to include:
• Additional pages
• New graphics
• Specific links to other sites

Set up fee is £175.00 + vat , then just £69.95 per

Yes, unless you choose to upgrade your site further by adding additional
on-line services which we shall offer you at a nominal cost as they
are developed.

When will my first standing order payment be collected?
Once we have assembled your site, we shall notify you that it is
now visible for you at a private web address. The first payment
will be collected 7 days after this notification.
Please note: Under no circumstances will this procedure be changed
- first payment collection will not be delayed pending (for example)
compliance checks being completed and your confirmation to us to
upload you website to you main domain

Will your fee increase?
We reserve the right to increase the fee annually, but we promise
there will be no nasty shocks!

What if I want to cancel?
We don't believe in locking you into long contracts, as we stand
by the quality of our products and services, so all we specify is
a minimum contract of 12 months. After that you can cancel at any
time without further cost. We shall then withdraw your site from
the World Wide Web.
The content of the site, including all text and images unless provided
by you or a third party, is our property. If you cease to use our
service you may not use any part of it (except that provided by
you or a third party) on any other website.

DOMAIN NAME
I don't have a domain name - what do I do?
Just select one that is available, or ask us to suggest one. We'll
buy it for you at no extra cost (it will be owned by you). You can
check domain name availability from this site by clicking on the
section 'domains.'

I already have a domain name - what do I do?
No problem, it just needs to be transferred to our computer server.
We will help you with this, but you will be responsible for any
transfer fee charged by your current registration company.
Alternatively, if you do not want to move hosts and your current
company provides enough web space, we will upload your site there,
if it is technically possible. We prefer to use our own hosting
arrangements, however, as this makes site configuration, update
and support easier.
Please note: There is no reduction in the monthly administration
fee if you already have your own domain name.

Who will host my website?
We will, as part of our package, unless you already have an arrangement
in place which we can use. We prefer to use our own hosting arrangements,

E-MAIL
How many e-mail accounts can I have?
We include up to 3 email addresses in your monthly fee but you
can have several "POP3" addresses, each of which can only
be picked up by a particular person. One of these needs to be a
"general" address (such as enquiries@, to which e-mails
and enquiry forms are sent from the website.)
Additional email accounts are available @ £3.75 + vat per
month per address
OR
If you have an email server such as Exchange or Groupwise, we can
set up a ‘catchall’ email account that will forward
all emails to your server, (not directly to the intended recipient),
and you would then filter them to each individual’s inbox
on your server.

Will my site contain metatags?
Yes, many search engines look for metatags so we tailor these to
your firm.

Will you submit my site for listing with the search
engines and directories?
Yes, as part of our package we will initially submit your site
for free listings with the major search engines and directories,
including IFA-specific directories. We will regularly resubmit your
website.

What other advice can you give about site promotion?
Your site is only valuable to you when people know where to find
it. You must add your website address to all of your firm's stationery,
business cards, and promotional literature. E-mail all of your clients
with your web address announcement and tell them to go and visit
your site.
Add your site to your local town/city directories, and offer link
exchanges to non-competitive firms. Join forces with solicitors,
accountants and other professional firms which will reciprocate
with banners and links to your site.
We will provide you with a website promotion guide featuring lots
of ideas to gain greater exposure for your site, and also advise
you of search engineers who specialize in maximizing your visibility
on the main search engines
